Hi, I'm Talissa! I'm a bilingual early childhood educator with over 8 years of experience working with children from infancy through middle school. I hold a BA in English with a concentration in Early Childhood and I recently passed two Illinois ILTS licensure exams in Early Childhood Education and Spanish Language Proficiency. I'm on my way to becoming a teacher with CPS! I have worn many hats when it comes to working with children over the years having been a recreation leader and afterschool tutor, then substitute teacher and early childhood teacher from infant to preschool, meaning my skillset is sharpened for whatever care services your family may be looking for. Whether its babysitting, homework help, or going to the park for an afternoon of engaging play, my approach is connection-based and my goal is to ensure a positive and fulfilling experience for all!
