Hi! I'm Talisha and I've been babysitting for more than 20 years. I had my own daycare for 13 
plus years. I love playing games, art, and exploring different nature activities outside and got my degree in Early Child Development . I love cooking, cleaning, and telling stories . it's all about safe and healthy environment for the children.

Talisha currently works for us as a nanny and she is awesome! Very attentive to my child and is patient with her (which she definitely needs at 18 months!)

Talisha did a wonderful job with our daughter! I messaged her last minute, and she was able to make it work and help us two different days so far. Not only this, but she was so interactive and fun with our daughter. She even cleaned and did folding for us. She does it all with a smile on her face as well. Would definitely hire her again!

Talisha was a joy for a very nerve wrecking week. I'm a work from home mom and started a new job that I needed orientation for. I was absolutely terrified about leaving my baby because my fiancee was also out of town due to work. Talisha was able to totally delete those fears the first few hours I was away. Of course my LO was crying when I left, but Talisha sent pictures throughout the day and it set me at ease. She also took care of our German Shepherd that is a bigger baby than our 7 month old and shreds like crazy. She did some light housekeeping, washed dishes, made me a salad when I came home early and made us dinner the night Daddy came home. A good sign was when she left the baby and the dog wondered where she went...lol. Things went so well I'm glad to continue to have her back once a week.

Ms. Talisha was so good with our daughter. She's patient and has enough energy to keep up with a toddler. She went above and beyond by cleaning the living room and kitchen on the days she was there. We will definitely be hiring her again.

My regular nannies were family members, but I needed care for a day they were not available. Talisha watched my 3 month old and my 3 year old pup my first day back to work after my maternity leave. She has a real knack with babies! She was very communicative and honest. Her experience helped ease my anxiety for going back to work and not having my family member be available.

I hired Talisha to babysit my 3 month old. She was an excellent caregiver and was very wonderful with him, BUT there were a few red flags. When discussing rates or pay, tread lightly and be cautious. A daily rate was agreed on upon interviewing, and she texted me later that night wanting a higher daily pay rate. I was unable to give her the rate she was wanting but gladly met her in the middle. Her first day on the job, she asked to get paid early when it was agreed that she would be paid end of week. By the end of the week, she was asking for an even higher pay rate. My husband and I couldn't afford it. But like I mentioned at the very beginning, she is a great caregiver, but be cautious and tread lightly when discussing pay rates.

Care about my children and she's a godly person.

She goes up and above the call of duty, a very responsible and respectful person.
