About Talia

I've always been passionate about teaching. My favorite subjects to teach are math, music, and language arts, but I also have experience tutoring in social studies and science. I always tutored my peers and their younger siblings in areas where they were having trouble. I was a math peer tutor and a peer paper editor throughout middle and high school. I volunteer tutoring kindergarteners how to read through PCAT (Parents and Children Achieve Together), which is a program here in Tampa. I'm also a certified swim instructor, and have been teaching swimming lessons since I was 14 years old. I have experience with children as young as 3 months old and as old as 15 years.
