About Talia

Hello! My name is Talia, I recently moved to New York City from Hawaii to continue my career as an educator. I am looking for temporary full time work before the school year begins in September. During the school year I will be available for part time hours & some weekends. Throughout my years of classroom teaching my love for caretaking has grown immensely. My calm and patient nature allows me to create a safe and nurturing environment for children to thrive. I am a musician, artist and craft-lover. I am genuinely passionate about helping children foster their own creative abilities. I also enjoy outdoor play & educational activities! I feel very comfortable caring for up to five children of various ages, from infants to preteens. Equipped with a BS in environmental education and political science, I've also completed First Aid Training, CPR Training, and Early Childhood Education (ECE) certification, demonstrating my commitment to providing quality care.
