My background includes experience handling confusion, agitation, and behavioral changes, especially when caring for individuals with memory care needs. I provide light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medical management. I always follow the family's preferred communication method. Respecting independence is very important to me when building a connection with a care recipient. I'm also CPR and First Aid trained. I became a caregiver through positive experiences in previous roles and a passion for supporting adults' and seniors' well-being.
