About Tajane

Salut! My name is Tajane and I recently graduated from CSULB with a BA/BS in Psychology and a minor in Creative Writing. I have extensive experience working with both neurotypical and neurodivergent students as a substitute teacher/classroom aide with Maxim Healthcare Services. I have also tutored middle school students for the Long Beach Unified School District at Jefferson Leadership Academies, therefore, naturally I am able to provide tutoring! I feel very comfortable preparing healthy meals and helping with any transportation. I would consider myself responsible, patient, positive, and energetic. I'm also very great at multitasking, planning, and organizing. Lastly, I've worked as an assistant for an entire semester at Willard Elementary School's Childhood Development Center where I taught social and reading lessons, supervised outdoor play, participated in indoor play, and facilitated arts, crafts, and other fun activities.
