About Tais

Hi families! My name is Tais, I'm 28 years old and I'm a full-time nanny. I'm a responsible, patient, and caring person who loves working with children. I have +7 years of experience with kids. I've been babysitting full-time for the same family for the past 4 years, caring for a very energetic 6yo boy and his little sister, who is 2yo and I've helped with since she was born. I enjoy creating a fun and safe environment, planning activities like going to the park, visiting nearby libraries, doing arts and crafts, solving puzzles, and reading together. I focus on being interactive and supportive while helping kids follow their routines. I have experience with Montessori and Reggio Emilia approaches, which I love incorporating into my childcare to encourage independence, creativity, and hands-on learning.
