About Tai'lyn

I'd describe my personality as compassionate, resilient, and hardworking. I like working with kids because I get to experience watching them grow into their own personalities, learn, and experience the little first time joys in life. I also believe we can learn just as much from them, as they can from us. I started working with kids when I was 12 years old and began taking care of my infant cousin at the time. I started so young because I had such an early interest in childcare. As I got a little older, I began to take care of little ones on my own. Throughout the years I've gained a lot of experience, but things changed in a big way for me when I stepped up as a mother figure to help raise my niece when she was born. I got to have more of an understanding of what being a mother was like, and it's shaped me in a huge way! :) In my spare time, I like to listen to music, cook, write, and spend time with my family.
