About Tacey

Currently, I have a wonderful family I nanny for midweek but I'm available to help for date nights. A little about me: Growing up I helped raise my 4 siblings which taught me a lot of patience and peacemaking skills. Also being raised without TV (unheard of, right?) helped me develop endless learning opportunities and creative art projects for my siblings. Over the years I've been a part time nanny for several families, and I take those skills with me to every caregiving job. I absolutely love working with children! Every day is a new opportunity to teach, inspire and help them develop empathy for others. I think that each generation is more and more inundated with devices, so I try to keep tv and video games etc. to a minimum so that kids learn to enjoy playing outside, discovering plants, bugs etc. and learn how to communicate their thoughts and feelings in a healthy way. I also have first hand experience working with the Autism spectrum. I look forward to helping your family!
