About Tacey

Hello! A little about me: Growing up in Oregon, I helped raise my 4 siblings which taught me a lot of patience and helped develop my nurturing instincts. Also being raised without a TV helped me develop endless creative projects for my siblings. I even taught them how to read before preschool! Over the past 15 years I've been a part time nanny for several families, and I adore working with children! Every day is a new opportunity to teach, inspire and help them develop empathy for others. I think that each generation is more and more inundated with devices, so I try to keep tv and video games etc. to a minimum. I help kids enjoy exploring outside, reading, art projects and learning how to communicate their thoughts and feelings in a healthy way. I also have first hand experience working with neurodivergent and non-verbal children and am compassionate toward all temperaments and ages.
