I'm passionate about caring for children and have always been drawn to nurturing and supporting their growth and development. With 10 siblings of my own and active work in pediatrics, I'm now studying to obtain my medical degree in pediatrics. As a caregiver, I strive to be a reliable and supportive presence for families, providing a safe and nurturing environment for their children to thrive. My patient and calm nature, combined with my creativity and imagination, allows me to connect with children on their level. I believe in fostering a positive and respectful relationship with parents, keeping them informed about their child's day and any issues that arise. I follow their preferred communication method, whether it be verbal communication at pickup, regular updates via text, or phone calls. Regarding household rules, I follow the parents' lead, ensuring consistency and respect for their parenting style.
