About Synthia

Hi, my name is Synthia. I'm a dedicated and reliable caregiver with experience in both facility and one-on-one settings. I'm attentive, caring, observant, and resilient, and I take pride in providing quality care while staying calm and focused. I enjoy caring, because I'm patient and compassionate, and I like making a positive difference in their daily lives. I started when I became a caregiver worker for individuals with developmental disabilities and have since built experience in both facility and private care. I'm currently continuing my education in the medical field and looking for a stable position where I can grow and do meaningful work in a supportive environment. In my spare time, I spend time with my son, rest, and focus on bettering myself.
