My family can't say enough about Symone. Finding someone with a genuine heart for elderly people and their well being is never easy. She's initiative and creative at problem solving making her valuable not only for my elderly parents who love her but for myself as well. Initially I hired Symone to meet with my mom each week as she struggled with dementia. My mom was resistant to have someone come into her house that she didn't know, however she quickly connected with Symone. Symone is outgoing and supportive and easily gained my mom's trust quickly. It was a huge relief! She turned out to be a blessing to our family. I live in North Carolina, so I was very dependent on Symone and she never failed to support us with all of our random requests. She was there almost daily for emotional support for my mom whom has extremely high anxiety. That mixed with dementia caused so much stress on myself, that had no idea how to handle it. Symone on the other hand knew exactly what to do with relaxing my mom and keeping a smile on her face. Our family would have been lost without her. No joke about it. I highly endorse Symone and I'm happy to talk with anyone about all the positive things she did for us.
