About Sylvia

I have 10 plus years of both paid and volunteer experience teaching and tutoring young children. My training and education qualifies me to assist students with academic and social-emotional wellness. I have the ability to work with students individually or in groups, depending on the situation. I work cohesively with parents to help them to learn ways to help support their child's academic and social-emotional success. I have done tutoring programs for YMCA in 3rd Ward Houston, Big Brothers Big Sisters Lone Star, and several private family tutoring positions.
