Sylvia was amazing! She was our unicorn nanny and we were so sorry when she moved after over 2 years with us. She was amazing and loving with all 3 kids. She developed special relationships with each of them. I believe the reason she was not punctual was just that I wasn't. I was often late getting back from dropping off the kids who were attending school so she got in the habit of coming late as well. She read chapter books to them, and even the 3 year old got into them. She showered them with love, and gifts, and food. But she was also strict; they all knew they had to do their homework and chores when she was around. She took them to therapies. She arranged play dates. She found new playgrounds and activities for them. She gave us feedback on how they were doing. She did an amazing job cleaning. The house has never been as neat and will never be as neat again. She even taught me to repair some things around the house. We all love her and miss her so much.
