About Sylvia

My background as an instructional aide for an elementary school with 2nd/3rd graders in their severe SPED class puts me at an advantage when dealing with children. I am patient, empathetic, and adaptable when it comes to navigating the unique challenges and joys to support children's development. I foster growth, happiness and a sense of belonging. I love to help organize and taking care of cats! I'd describe my personality as reliable, warm, patient. I like working with kids because it is rewarding! Children posses a sense of wonder, curiosity and imagination. I'm looking for a job that has great communication with parents. I started working with kids when I had them over 20 years of experience.
