About Sydney

Hello! My name is Syddy. I have 10+ years experience in childcare with a background centered in Montessori philosophy. I love art, animals, and being outdoors (rain or shine)! As a childcare provider, my main goal is to foster a sense of independence, safety, and compassion in your children. Through careful observation, I am able to meet children where they are at, while also helping them to achieve milestones by teaching skills in a way that speaks to their own interests. I am well versed in introducing solids, baby-led weaning, sleep&potty training, among many other skills that I have been honored to share with children for the past decade. To help so many kids over the years to grow and learn has been an incredible experience, and I look forward to many more years of this fulfilling work.
