Sydney is very responsible, fun and personable. My children took to her immediately and cried when she left for the day. It was easy to communicate with Sydney. She is responsive and receptive to discussions regarding child care and home management. She was always respectful of our rules and did her best to implement them when we were away. We enjoyed working with Sydney and would highly recommend her.
