Hi I'm Sydney! I'm 24 years old and I will be moving to the Fargo area in May 2024. I have been working at an elementary school for 4 years as a para educator in an autism classroom and in a special education preschool classroom. Prior to that I have done respite care for children with special needs. Throughout high school I nannied for a family every summer with children 1-7 years of age. I am very comfortable around children, growing up my mom did daycare in our home. I love to plan fun activities for the children and I to do together. She has been such a wonderful addition in our lives! Finding a nanny for 2 (mostly) non-verbal Autistic children is quite the task. But Sydney has always exceeded our expectations! She has a very patient and nurturing spirit. Which really drew our kids to her almost immediately! Even after not seeing for longer periods of time, our kids cozy right back up to her. I'd HIGHLY recommend her because your kids won't just be "watched" but cared for!
