About Sydney

I like tutoring because I love children and tutoring brings me so much joy! I enjoy seeing the impact that individualistic education can have on young learners. I started tutoring when my mother, who is a teacher, recommended me to tutor Math to one of her students. I was her tutor for over a year and she has grown so much. With her, I was able to achieve what every tutor wants: she no longer needed me! Since then, I've really loved tutoring and being someone that students feel comfortable coming to when they need help. In my spare time, I like to read young adult fiction, crochet little animals, and bake. My skills include math, chemistry, and english tutoring. Math is the subject I have the most experience tutoring, however, chemistry is my college major, so I am very comfortable in that subject as well.
