Hi! I'm Sydney. I've been caring for children for about 10 years, with 7years specializing in newborns and infants. I'm a certified Newborn Care Specialist and CPR/FirstAid trained I'm looking for a nannyshare setup with one baby close in age to my son (5 months). He would come with me, and it's a wonderful arrangement for babies this age. They naturally learn from each other, stay engaged longer, and enjoy calm interaction without the overstimulation of daycare. Watching, copying, babbling, and early parallel play all happen with two little ones together. I keep each baby on their own routine, bring my own supplies, follow your parenting style, and stay fully hands on with sensory play, and developmental activities. During naps, I tidy, prep bottles, and handle baby laundry. Because I'd be bringing my son, my rate is adjusted from my usual professional pricing. If your little one is around 4-7 months and you want a development focused nanny, I'd love to see if it's a great fit.
