About Sydney

Hi! I'm Sydney. I live in Portsmouth and am currently pursuing my master's degree in Mental Health Counseling while working at a community mental health center. I grew up babysitting and have always loved working with children. I also have six years of experience as a lifeguard, where I taught swim lessons, coached swim teams, and became a certified lifeguard trainer. These experiences helped me build strong skills in safety, patience, responsibility, and creating positive connections with kids of all ages. I enjoy spending time outdoors, cooking and meal prepping, doing crafts and creative activities, and keeping kids engaged through fun, hands-on experiences. I'm also very comfortable with pets! I'm reliable, attentive, and excited to support your family. I have my own reliable transportation, am a non-smoker, and am available on weekends. I'm also flexible with rates as I continue building my childcare experience in the area.
