About Sydney

Hi! My name is Sydney and I'm a certified New York State teacher in General Education and Special Education grades 1-6. I have been teaching third grade for the past two years. I have many tools that I've created and use in my own classroom to support all learners. I'm passionate about teaching and supporting children through learning challenges. I will be living in Southampton this summer working at Hampton Country Day Camp in East Hampton. My schedule is very flexible for the hours after the camp day. I have my own transportation and am open to discussing adaptive plans that you feel will best support your learners needs. I strongly believe that all children are unique learners, diverse thinkers, and problem solvers. Tutoring offers a supportive environment to plan lessons that fit the needs of individual students. I look forward to sharing my passion for teaching and supporting your learner!
