About Sydney

Hi! I would love to be your new nanny or babysitter! I previously worked in a preschool class at a daycare but I think I'm ready to transition to family based childcare! I am eager to work with your family's desires to develop a unique and valuable connection with each kid I meet! Although my paid experience is two years, I took all five early childhood development courses at Westview High and earned a pathway in Early Education. I served as a teaching assistant in a third grade class for two semesters and worked in a preschool at my high school for four years. I have taken the following classes through PSU & OCCC:Inclusion 101, Recognizing and Reporting Child Abuse and Neglect, Foundations of Learning, Intro to Childcare Health and Safety, Safe Sleep and Prevention is Better than Treatment. I have learned many skills necessary to provide impactful childcare where you see progress by nurturing the genius in every child. I would love to meet with your family to see if we are a good fit!
