I like working with kids because they bring so much joy to our lives. When we place ourselves in their imagination the world is endless to be whoever you want to be and to do whatever you want to do. Children are encouraging and express their emotions in ways that most adults should learn from. I'm looking for a job that is understanding of my hours and is willing to pay for all the experience, creativity, and love I have to offer. I have been working with children professionally for 5 years. One thing you should know about me is that I am dedicated to the craft of childcare. Childcare to me is like a shoe cobbler, a seamstress, or a bricklayer. These are the kinds of people that take much pride in what they do and create beautiful results. A childcare provider like myself takes time with the children, guides and disciplines, imagines with them, teaches social and emotional skills, and embraces them with love that the children will pass on to others even when they are older.
