About Sydney

Hi! My name is Sydney, and I have a degree in Psychology from Arizona State University. I'm passionate about creating a safe, nurturing environment where children feel supported and encouraged to grow. I work full-time as a school paraprofessional and previously worked for over a year as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). I have over 10 years of experience caring for children and supporting their families. As a former lifeguard with current CPR training, I prioritize safety while making sure kids have fun! Having food allergies myself, I understand the importance of being mindful of dietary restrictions and food sensitivities. I'm flexible with my rates and hope to find a family with whom I can build a lasting relationship. I'm LGBTQ+ friendly and welcome families of all backgrounds! References are available upon request.
