About Sydney

Sydney F from Moore, OK Hi! I am 21 years old, so I am still learning new things about myself daily, but I would like to believe I am someone who is determined and committed to being a person who welcomes everyone around them. I also am willing to put the work in if I don't know something and am always wanting to improve, while also being able to apppreciate the things I have accomplished. Having been around children my whole life, I realized watching them grow into themselves has been a huge part in my own journey of discovering who I am. I have not had any professional experience working with a family, but I am adaptable and am able to read the room to know when to step in or take a step back. I am very reliable and hard-working, I became Assistant General Manager at my job within two years of being at the company. I enjoy feedback and want to know where I can improve or when I am doing something right.
