About Sydney

Hi! I'm Sydney, a Tulane University graduate currently working as a special education assistant teacher in NYC. I have experience caring for children ranging in age from 1 month to 13 years through teaching, nannying, babysitting, and tutoring. My current role involves supporting children with diverse learning and developmental needs, including students on the autism spectrum. I love helping kids learn, build confidence, and have fun in a safe and supportive environment. I'm happy to adapt to each family's unique needs and can assist with everything from childcare and homework help to household organization, errands, meal preparation, and whatever else helps keep the household running smoothly. Families describe me as dependable, patient, nurturing, organized, and easy to communicate with. I'm available for babysitting, recurring nanny positions, and tutoring, and I'm happy to provide references upon request.
