About Sydney

Hello! My name is Sydney. I'm from Laguna Beach, and I just finished my second year at Irvine Valley College and plan to continue with the goal of becoming a k-12 counselor! I have 2 years of babysitting experience of ages 6-13 and I love animals! I am caring, dependable, responsible, and love to help people Whereever I can. I currently work at Starfish in Laguna Beach, and I volunteer at my local church helping the middle school and high school age kids at the youth group. Volunteering here has been very fulfilling, and amazing seeing kids find their own relationships with God. I love travel, reading, cooking, being outdoors, and anything artistic! During my time babysitting, I loved working with the kids with crafts and art, always trying to find a way to make my time with them fun and memorable and a place where they feel safe and heard. Families have described me as trustworthy and fun for their kids, and I can also help with light housekeeping and meals.
