She is pretty good with my kids minus the time I found my toddler was left with scissors unattended. But mistakes happen so I brushed it off. My issue was when she found a role with more hours she handled it terrible. She gave 7 days notice which wasn’t ideal but I said no worries and that I could make it work. Then without further discussion she somehow convinced herself we were mad at her and just didn’t show up anymore. So definitely engaging with kids but not always reliable or professional
