Amazing! Sydney worked with our family for about a year watching our son from about 3months to about 15 months. She was so helpful through all the developmental stages and worked with us to meet different goals for our son. She even helped us research different ways to help him learn to walk and drink out of cups. She's kind, helpful, passionate, and wants to do the best for the child. When our sone was little she took him on walks, read to him, and played a lot on the floor with him. As he got older she took our son to story time at the local library and frequented many of the parks in the area. Sydney was a pleasure to work with. It was very easy communicate with her and she was open to conversations about how my husband and I wanted things done. Our son is moving to daycare, but we will still reach out to Sydney for babysitting opportunities. I would highly encourage everyone to hire Sydney!
