About Sydney

Hi! I'm Sydney, a Life Enrichment Coordinator, a Certified Dementia Practitioner, and I have a degree in Exercise Science. I love helping seniors live each day with joy, purpose, and dignity. I plan and lead activities that encourage social connection, mental stimulation, and overall wellness, including exercise classes designed to keep residents active and healthy. I work closely with seniors of all abilities, including those living with dementia, and I focus on creating a safe, supportive, and fun environment. I truly enjoy building relationships with seniors, learning their stories, and helping them feel valued and respected every day.
