About Sydney

Hi, I'm Sydney! I have been teaching children of all ages for nearly 10 years. I've worked with infants and toddlers in both a private and educational setting as well as school-aged and teenagers! I have two younger siblings of my own that I've always taken care of when my parents were busy. Working with children and families quickly became my passion, after first babysitting for my teachers children while I was still in Junior High. I have been a camp counselor, girl scout leader, early childhood center teacher, after school coordinator and substitute teacher. I've always gravitated towards progressive, child-centered environments and incorporate the holistic nurturing of children using methods such as mindfulness, yoga, and art. I strive to help facilitate a safe and fun learning environment for children to grow and explore the world around them. I am eager to find a family I'd fit into that needs some extra help and care during this crazy time. Thank you for taking the time to read
