Sydney is amazing. She has experience as a daycare teacher and is very patient and kind. She clearly has no problem managing infants or toddlers. She has already been incredibly helpful with my two young children. She does not just sit around, she is incredibly proactive, cleaning up around the kitchen, organizing the children's toys and clothes, etc. Her work-ethic is outstanding!
