I am easy going. I love helping others. I have been a health and wellness coach. I eat healthy and take care of myself. I enjoy helping others learn how to eat healthy and create a healthy happy lifestyle. I am hard working and very dependable. I will make sure that you have everything you need before I leave for the day. I am flexible and understanding. My grandfather suffered from dementia and Parkinson's disease. So I understand what challenges this may bring. I take great pride in bringing a smile to one's face. I have a positive attitude and like to make others laugh. I would say I'm funny and outgoing. Please know I will care for your loved one as my own family. Oh I have a beautiful daughter and amazing cat.
