About Suzanne

Hello! I have an Ed. D. (development psychology) and recently completed my social work degree. I have worked at the college level and have experience teaching writing/social sciences (language arts, Literature, English, History, AP Psychology). I recently relocated to the area to be near family and COVID put a kink in my national job search plans! Consequently, I am looking to fill out my schedule with tutoring. I am also a musician with experience teaching piano, guitar, and ukulele to all ages. I have extensive experience working with children (in the Boston public school system) with particular needs: ADHD, those on the ASD spectrum, and those with behavioral issues requiring that bit of special, positive attention. Overall, my educational goal is to provide a safe, supportive learning environment that encourages intellectual curiosity, discipline, collaboration, and FUN!
