About Suzana

I'm a caring, responsible, and patient childcare provider with almost 3 years of professional experience in the U. S. My experience with children began long before that as an aunt to eight nieces and nephews. I have a degree in the healthcare field and previous experience working in a maternity hospital, which taught me to stay calm, attentive, and prepared in unexpected situations. In the U. S., I've cared for babies as young as 3 months, toddlers, teenagers, twins, and children with autism. I've also worked with American and multicultural families and adapt quickly to different routines and parenting preferences. My English is still improving, but it has never been a barrier in my work. I communicate carefully and always make sure I understand parents' instructions. Safety, routine, and attentive care are my priorities, and I hope to find a family where there is trust, respect, and open communication.
