About Susan

As a caregiver, my passion for nurturing and educating children stems from me being a mom to five wonderful children and currently 6 wonderful grandchildren that I care for on Tuesdays and Thursdays. My patient and friendly nature allows me to connect easily with children, creating a safe and nurturing environment. I believe in open and honest communication with parents, providing regular updates about their child's day and promptly addressing any concerns that arise. With over seven years of experience, I am comfortable enforcing household rules and creating a structured routine for the children in my care. My creative side shines when engaging in imaginative play, such as building forts, playing with dolls and trucks, and baking. I particularly enjoy teaching children how to make their own pie crusts and letting them express their creativity by rolling, cutting, and baking their own treats. My experience with sick children was with my own children and children that I cared for.
