About Susan

I have Directors Credentials for operating a full childcare facility. I also worked for the Polk County Sheriff's Department from 2008 through 2015. In 2015 I opened my second childcare facility and retired from there 2021. I opened my first childcare facility in 1985, when my children were young. I love children and enjoy spending time with my grandchildren, RV camping with them. I am dependable and always on time. I would describe my personality as caring, trustworthy, and understanding. I like working with kids because I love seeing them achieve and knowing I am a part of that success. I'm looking for a job that has the child's best interest first. I started working with kids at church youth group when my younger siblings went to the Awana Program. In my spare time, I like to read and ride my bike to stay fit. One thing you should know about me is I am dependable. My skills include compassion, guidance, helping others achieve their goals.
