Hello! I am a "newly retired" Occupational Therapist (OTR/L). I bring 23 yrs of extensive experience in caretaking and rehabilitation of folks. I have worked in Skilled Nursing, long term care/hospice, inpatient/outpatient, and home health care. I love my profession and after retirement I have decided to continue doing what I love on another level as personal caregiver. I m experienced in all aspects of ADL's/IADL's (bathing, dressing, feeding, med management, etc.), exercises to promote mobility, balance and strengthening. I also can assist with cleaning, errands and pretty much anything a person needs, including companionship. I am single and unencumbered going into retirement and want to fill my time helping others and spending time with my three small grandchildren.
