I have learned a lot of skill during my work experience and to work for the elderly its been a blessing in life. I worked also as a direct care counselor/ para professional in Day treatment , Day Rehabilitation as well and Residential cases for the mental disabled adults with disabilities and special kids children. Assisting in devising and implementing special strategies for reinforcing skills base on the special needs and abilities. Utilize appropriate languages, interactions and positive discipline, Supervising on inclusion trips in their communities, Working with the mental disabled adults with disabilities its more challenging and u have to have a strong mind and heart for it , love and understanding, and lots patience for the job as well working with special needs children I have always loved the challenge and u be surprised their very intelligent, smart, fun, loving individual, and its been very rewarding for me and loved my job,
