Susan cancelled on us 45 minutes prior to the agreed upon time to watch our child. We had an event to attend and scrambled to find coverage with less than an hour notice. We were charged for the service that was not received. Thankfully, care.com refunded the amount after investigation into the situation. I would not recommend this person due to lack of reliability and attempting to swindle money for services she did not provide.
