About Susan

I have always loved children and knew from an early age that I had a gift for knowing how to care for them. I have attended seminars and classes offered in my area on early childhood, safety, CPR, and first aid. I gradually progressed into working as a full-time nanny. I lived with families and traveled with them as well. For many years I led a playgroup at our local church for ages 0-5 years and learned so much through that valuable experience. I have also taught Sunday school and led the youth group. I feel blessed by the opportunity to help raise so many wonderful children through the years. I am quite proud of the part I have played in their successes. I have had all ages from newborns to school age. People say I have a natural gift with children and they feel safe, relaxed, and at ease with me. I have a sense of what they need and I provide it. I have an intuition that can't be taught. My experience and knowledge is vast and I am still learning.
