During my rounds and checking in on my resident, I happen to have walked in to a residents room and noticed he didn't look right in his countenance. I asked was he OK and he said he was having trouble breathing. I immediately reported the incident. During the time of this occurrence, he happened to be walking down the hall and immediately responded. After the incident , it had occurred to me that on this particular day that I decided to do my round earlier than usual. I determined from that day that my timing was orchestrated by God. God forbid anything worse happening had I not decided to do my round early that day. That patient turned out well. They gave him oxygen, vitals were taken and they rested for the rest of the evening.
