Suzy is unprofessional, dishonest, and untrustworthy. While Suzy demonstrated a pattern of dishonesty (e.g., charging us for hours she never worked, lying about her PTO, even pretending our baby had a fever) and chronically underperformed (e.g., sat on her phone while with the baby, refused to do contractually-obligated childcare tasks), the reason we terminated her immediately in Jan. 2026 was because her behavior escalated to a serious incident that raised concerns about our infant's safety and wellbeing. Suzy's behavior was so extreme and concerning that we felt we needed to write this review to warn other families looking for nannies. We strongly encourage anyone considering hiring this individual to consider a different nanny in Atlanta.
