About SUSAN

Providing dedicated, reliable care for your beloved companions is my top priority. With three years of experience, I treat every dog, cat, and bird as if they were my own, ensuring their comfort and happiness remains at the forefront of my service. I manage high-energy breeds through active play and outings while maintaining a secure, clean environment for all. My approach relies on vigilant observation and positive reinforcement to encourage good manners. I hold certifications in Experience with young pets and Experience with senior pets, allowing me to tailor my support to your pet's. Should an emergency arise, I remain calm, follow established plans, and communicate with you immediately. I truly love witnessing unique personalities blossom, especially when helping a shy pet gain confidence. I am punctual, responsible, and empathetic, and I look forward to meeting your furry or feathered family member.
