About Susan

My passion for animals drives my commitment to providing exceptional care for your beloved companions. With three years of hands-on experience, I treat every dog and cat as if they were my own. I prioritize your pet's comfort by reinforcing positive behaviors and maintaining a clean, secure environment. My approach centers on strict adherence to feeding schedules and dietary needs. I hold a college degree and maintain CPR training and First Aid certification. Should an unexpected situation arise, I remain calm, follow pre-discussed emergency plans, and communicate with you immediately. I find true joy in witnessing unique pet personalities and helping shy animals come out of their shells. Punctual and responsible, I offer reliable pet transportation and day care services. I look forward to ensuring your pets feel loved and safe in their own home, just as I would care for my own furry family members.
