As a certified teacher with a graduate degree in education and three years of experience as a childcare provider, I'm passionate about nurturing children's development. I believe every child is unique and deserves a safe and stimulating environment to thrive. My calm and friendly nature allows me to connect with children effortlessly. Through creative play, outdoor activities, and educational games, I encourage their curiosity and love for learning. I'm also very comfortable enforcing household rules while maintaining a positive and respectful atmosphere. I understand that clear communication with parents is essential. I provide written daily reports, verbal updates at pickup, and regular text or phone call updates. I'm comfortable caring for two children between the ages of 6 and 11. I'm also experienced in caring for special needs children.
