We hired Susan to care for our two children (ages 3 and 14 months) during a week-long stay in Newport, RI. She was wonderful. Susan's passion for this work is genuine. You feel it right away. She takes initiative, stays organized, and never needed to be managed. Within a day she had picked up on our family's rhythm and fit right into it. That's rare, and it usually takes far longer than a week. Our kids fell in love with her. More importantly for any parent reading this, she gave us real confidence and trust. We could relax knowing they were in capable hands. If we weren't traveling and only needed short-term care, we would have seriously pursued hiring Susan full time. We loved her, and we'll absolutely hire her again whenever we're back in the area. We recommend her without hesitation.
