Humorous, caring, thorough I like caring for seniors because they carry a wealth of stories and life experiences. I enjoy helping them maintain their sense of self and their dignity. I'm looking for a job that will help me to make a difference for a family. I started caring for seniors when I was young, working with my own grandparents. In my spare time, I like to can, cook and bake, read, do needlework, kayak, listen to all types of music and entertain family and friends. One (or more) thing you should know about me is that I enjoy cats and dogs (no allergies), I have a dependable vehicle and a clean driving record, I am dependable and punctual. I am looking for no more than 20 hours each week. My skills include the ability to generate warmth and caring, foster interest and provide a structured and consistent environment.
