Susan was our nanny for the past year, caring for our son from the time he was 4 months old until he was 16 months old. From the very beginning, she helped us establish a consistent daily routine and thoughtfully adapted it as he grew and his needs changed. Susan created such a fun, nurturing environment where our son could learn, explore, and thrive. She was always bringing new toys, books, crafts, and activities to keep him engaged while encouraging his development. It was clear that she genuinely cared about helping him reach each new milestone. In addition to providing exceptional care for our son, Susan was always willing to help around the house whenever time allowed, which made such a difference for our family. She is dependable, trustworthy, proactive, and someone we always felt completely comfortable having in our home. We wholeheartedly recommend Susan to any family looking for a caring, experienced, and reliable nanny. We already miss her dearly!
